Detailed Product Description

We manufacture and supply polycarbonate film /sheet of different grade at thickness from 0.125mm to 1.0mm. Equipped with the state-of-the-art extruders from Germany, and with strict quality control and experienced staff, we produce and supply good quality polycarbonate films at a competitive price. 

Polycarbonate films are available at graphics grade, thermoforming grade, flame retardant grade and non-halogen flame retardant grade. Our polycarbonate films are passed UL 94 testing, conform to RoHS and REACH Directive.

The following grades of polycarbonate film are available. 

(1)  KLX PC-811A, Transparent, Texture: polished/polished surface, both sides with PE protective film.

(2)  KLX PC-815A, Natural color, Texture: velvet/polished.

(3)  KLX PC-813A, Natural color, Texture: matte/polished.

(4)  KLX PC-835B, Natural color, Texture: velvet/matte.

(5)  KLX PC-832B, Natural color, Texture: fine velvet/matte.

(6)  KLX FRPC-60H, transparent, Flame retardant grade (UL 94 VTM-0, or V-0).

Texture: polished/polished, both sides with PE protective film.

(7)  KLX FRPC-65H, Nature color, Flame retardant grade (UL 94 VTM-0, V-0).

Texture: velvet/matte, both sides with PE protective film.

(8)  KLX FRPC-870B, Black color, Flame retardant grade (UL 94 VTM-0, V-0), Texture: velvet/matte,

(9)  KLX FRPC-1870B, Black color, non-halogen flame retardant grade (UL 94 VTM-0, V-0), Texture: velvet/matte.

(10) KLX FRPC-1860, Natural color, non-halogen flame retardant grade (UL 94 VTM-0, V-0), Texture: fine velvet/matte.

(11) KLX FRPC-1860B, Black color, non-halogen flame retardant grade (UL 94 VTM-0, V-0), Texture: fine velvet/matte.

The above models are available at thickness: 0.125mm, 0.175mm, 0.25mm, 0.38mm, 0.43mm, 0.5mm, 0.76mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm. Other thickness is available when the order quantity is large.
